Hi all

Let me confirm about power mode.

I'm checking a section 5.1.4.4 of following document.
http://www.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/ref_manual/IMX7DRM.pdf

Fisrt, I start both of A7 and M4 core. ⇒ Both core are in "RUN" state.
Then, I chage a mode of A7 to "SUSPEND". ⇒ A7 is in "SUSPEND" and M4 is in "RUN" state.
Finaly, M4 turn out A7 by interrupt signal. ⇒ Both core are in "RUN" state.

Can i.MX7D do that?

Yes, i.MX7D can do that.

There are the BSPs for the i.MX7D SABRE SD board, the Linux L4.1.15_2.0.0_iMX7D that runs on the A7 core(s) and FreeRTOS_iMX7D_1.0.1 that runs on the M4 core. Both are available here (check the "Board Support Packages" section):

http://www.nxp.com/products/software-and-tools/hardware-development-tools/sabre-development-system/s...

Being loaded together to the board, they allow to test the feature you describe. The documentation is included into the packages.

Best Regards,
Artur
