I burn my uboot image and kernel image ,file system using the "Mfgtools-Rel-4.1.0_130816_MX6Q_UPDATER"

but after rebooting from SD,it failed ,the uart output infor is as follows,there is a kernel panic info.

and check procedure using Demo Images
