How to update DDR3 calibration Result in U-boot?

For our customized board running on i.MX6 dualite  ,we have 2GB RAM.The RAM part number is MT41K256M16TW-107 which is from Micron.We are using U-boot 2014.04.We run the DDR stress test and its successful.But I dont know where to update these values in U-boot so that I can run the U-boot on Dualite Board?
