how to build u-boot-fw-utils in sdk 1.7/1.8 for ls1021aiot board ?

Hi I have a custom board based on ls1021aiot . I am trying to build u-boot-fw-utils in yocto to have access of environment variable at linux. Does any one have tried to build this in yocto. I tried and failed it says "No rule to make : ls1021aiot_qspi_config". Please help building this tool .
