Dear All,

Hello. We found the 1st bit of the DQ amplitude was small by DDR3 stress test (Writing mode).

And, tDS/tDQ found tight specifications (DQS or DQ - CLK).

*Refer to attached file.

How to increase the DQ amplitude?

For example, if user increase the DQ Drive strength (40 Ohm --> 34Ohm), is this issue improved?

This question is related to the following thread.

Dear Yuri,

Hello. Thank you for your reply.

I think so, too.

The amplitude was improved by ODT setting.

Another way, the DQ amplitude was improved by increasing the drive strength, isn't it?

Best Regards,

Keita
