Dear i.MX Developers, I have a problem. We produce our custom board based on imx537. Board has two banks by 512M.  Before 2015 year we used MT41J128M16HA-15E:D.

Board worked (two banks worked normally). But now we are using MT41J128M16HA-15E IT:D. And we have a problem. The first bank works normally, the second bank works unnormally (data is broken).

What is problem? Can abybody help me. We use standart init script from freescale to MT41J128M16HA.

Board was not changed. Micron says that memories are identical.

HI sergey

suggest to run ddr test tool and update ddr configuration in software

(for example in linux/uboot flash_header.S)

DDR_STRESS_TESTER_FOR_MX51_MX53 : DDR Stress tester kit for the i.MX51 and i.MX53.

Best regards

igor

Hi, Igor. We use the same  ddr3 init file as in folder DDR_STRESS_TESTER_FOR_MX51_MX53/

But this tool doesn't work. with MT41J128M16HA-15E IT:D, but work with MT41J128M16HA-15E : D.

HI sergey

that file is for freescale reference board and may not

work with other boards. You should find new settings and

create own init file.

Best regards

igor
