i.MX53 Linux screen rotate 180 degree

We use L2.6.35_MX53_1109_PATCH_IMAGE on i.MX53 QSB. We can't rotate screen 180 degree by below command. Is there any other way can do this?

echo 3 > /sys/class/graphics/fb0/rotate

It can rotate 180 degree by user land program from Saurabh suggestion. However, customer needs rotate display in the begining when boot. If screen frame buffer can rotate in operating system level, the graphic application doesn't need modify anything. Can i.MX53 Linux support display rotate 180 degree in OS level?
