I'm looking for analog video decoder driver for AK8859 on Linux.
I plan to use AK8859 with i.MX6 Solo through CSI I/F and connect to analog camera.
I found a driver for ADV7180, Although I cannot find for AK8859.
Is there any drivers for AK8859 or sample code?
Thanks,

Hi s-kanda-pb
you are right, AK8859 is not supported in nxp bsps, however adv7180
driver may be used as starting point. One can check nxp linux documentation on
i.MX Software and Development Tools | NXP

Hi. igor,
OK. I will confirm to ADI and other decoder makers.
Thanks,
Hi. igor,
Thank you for your reply and I understood.
I have two more question.
1.There some variation of ADV7180. "ADV7180BSTZ"(6ch input/8or16bit output) is specified in SABRE board's BOM.
Is other variation (i.e. ADV7180KCP32Z,ADV7180BCPZ,ADV7180WBST48Z) supported by BSP?
6ch input is too many for us.
2.According to ADI Web site.ADV7180 is no longer recommended for new design. Do you know any other analog decoder which supported by BSP and Video4Linux.
Regards,
S.Kanda
