Which Codewarrior for HCS08 in 32 and 64 bit Windows 10?

I use CW 6.3 for HCS08, running on Windows XP.

V6.3 has problems installing in W10.

Which CW do I need for 32 and 64 bit Windows 10?

CW 6.3 does not run on win 10 (32 or 64 bit)

You need to use CW 10.x or the new one 11 you can download from

CodeWarrior Downloads | NXP
