Hello,

I have checked it and the S32K116_EVB_JumpStart_Firmware uses SDK v 1.8.7 which can be downloaded on this link: S32 Design Studio for Arm® 2018.R1 Update 2 - S32K118 Bare Metal Device Support^{(REV UP2)}

After that, you should be able to install software by offline installation:
