Stress test failed on iMX6QP-SDB board

Hi Sir,

I use attachment to generate a script for DDR test tool on IMX6QP-SDB, but always failed. following is the result. The test always failed on only one uncertain bit. could you please help how to make the stress test successful on the board.

 The DDR Stress tool may be used also for the i.MX6QP with proper initialization script.
