IMXRT 1050 EVKB Flashing error

Hi ,

Am using IMXRT 1050 KVKB
Application : emWIN
Compiler : MCUxpresso

I generated (.sb) file using MCUXpresso file size is 2 MB
using MFG Tool if i flash our IMXRT EVKB it is not flashing and showing errror in MFG_LOG file

"ModuleID[2] LevelID[10]: CmdOperation[0], current command executed failed, so SetEvent(hDevCanDeleteEvent)"

Currently am flashing in Hyper flash size of hyper flash in board is 32MB.

  i have attached MFG Error picture and log file

Hello Rizwan M,

What about your version of SDK and DAP-LINK ? You can refer to the below thread to check:

Programming i.MXRT with MCUXpresso IDE and BOOT 

And then use the latest SDK and DAP-link try again. Using steps the DOC list:

3. Using MFGTool program with Boot .

From the SDK2.3.1, projects and its generated *.bin file include XIP files that add this information to the project,

so we can use MFG directly flash it to external flash .
