hardware: i.mx6q

software: yocto 3.14.28

The ITU-R BT656 specifies that the nominal
range for video should be restricted to values between 16 and
235 for luma and 16 and 240 for chroma.

The values is out of the range after deInterlacing by IPU-VDIC.

How to control the  rang for IPU-VDIC output?
