Hi all,

I have on my board an MK64fn1movdc12 and now it looks that those is not available anymore.

I would like an pin and drop in compatible replacement.

But I am curious about the package naming in the reference table; 121XFBGA, 121MAPBGA, 121BGA

I have here an MK22FN1M0avmc12 that would fit into the shematic.

Can I use that one without changing PCB design?

Regards, adib.

Hi,

But MK64FN1m0vdc12 is in active status. This product is not stop. Do you mean it is in shortage status and you can't get enough product on time?

I think the package of these two product is very similar. Replacement maybe possible. But There are may function difference. MK22 has less peripherals, especial ENET and SRAM. Are you sure it is enough for your application?

Jing

Hello Jing,

yes there is shortage on the market (or at least where I look for).

I am aware of the different modules at least: I dont need ENET.

My biggest concern is that PCB wise it might be incompatible:

- solder mask,

- pinning different for VCC, GND etc. (I have this problem while chnaging STM32F series)

Any remarks on that?

Regards, Adib.
