To work with KL16Z64, if using MCUXpresso, we need install
1. MCUXpresso IDE

2. MCUXpresso SDK
https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com/en/welcome
After you install SDK, you will see there are many SDK examples under the install folder. If you are beginner, One suggestion for you is, you find an example that is closest to your project requirement, import this example to IDE. you can revise it and add your own code based on it.
