Windows Embedded Compact 7 (WEC7) is one of the real time operating system (RTOS) from Microsoft designed to target enterprise specific solutions which supports multiple CPU architectures like ARM/x86, Silverlight 3.0, Multi touch and 3GB size physical RAM.
