The Data Sheet says:
This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry
disables the output, preventing a damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered
down.
The similar device SN74LVC2G125 from TI says:
This device is fully specified for partial-power-down
applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the
outputs, preventing damaging current backflow
through the device when it is powered down.
Ioff Supports Live Insertion, Partial-Power-Down
Mode, and Back-Drive Protection.
Partial Power Down (Ioff):
The inputs and outputs for this device enter a high impedance state when the supply voltage is 0 V.
Logically, NXP 74LVC2G125 is the same as TI SN74LVC2G125,
but I would like to make sure whether the input is in high impedance or not while Vcc=0 for NXP 74LVC2G125.
Hi,
Unfortunately 74LVC2G125 had already transfer into NEXPERIA,you can contact with them for more technical support!
