Where can I get a debug application of OpenSDA for S32K144 EVB

I have a S32K144 EVB,I checked the version of its bootloader, it is 0201. Where can I get debug application for OpenSDA. I have downloaded DEBUG-FRDM-K64F_Pemicro_v108a_for_OpenSDA_v2.0.bin, but it seemed not work.  

I am also confused for the volume of my bootloader, it only 128KB, but MSD-DEBUG-EVB-S32K144_Pemicro_v119.SDA is 144KB, I can not drag it to the bootloader.

Notice that you must be registered on Pemicro. There's also document which describes how to update the firmware.

What should I do if I want to use MSD?Because it seem the volume of bootloader is less than the firm's.

It doesn't matter. Just follow attached procedure and it will work...
