How to connect the printer(e.g. HP Laser Jet P1108)

Hi

I want to connet the printer by USB or LAN on IMX6DL.

The rootfs is built normally, so it doesn't have cups,right?

Could I follow the step mentioned in Linux cups | NXP for fsl-yocto-L4.1.15_2.0.0-ga?

On the other hand, Some HP printers need hplip and hplip-plugin.

How to install those into the system?

Hi

I got cups and hplip by adding IMAGE_INSTALL_append = " cups" and IMAGE_INSTALL_append = " hplip" in local.conf.

but when I run hp-check, there are some errors about missing required dependencies 

some dependencies are not in list
