I'm looking for a vacuum pressure sensor to control a process that operates at -2kPa from ambient atmosphere.

The temperature operating range is from +10 to +50C.

I'm looking for accuracy equal or better than 5%.

Hello Marc,

For your application, the best sensor will be the:

  • MPXV7002 Pressure range= -2 to 2kPa; temperature compensated over 10° to 60°C; 2.5% Typical Error over +10°C to +60°C with Auto Zero and 6.25% Maximum Error over +10°C to +60°C without Auto Zero.

Just in case that you can be interested in a higher pressure range, please see below:

  • MPXV7007DP Pressure range= -7 to 7kPa; Temperature Compensated Over –40° to +125°C and 5.0% Maximum Error Over 0° to 85°C.
  • MPXV70025DP Pressure range= -25 to 25kPa; Temperature Compensated Over –40° to +125°C and 5.0% Maximum Error Over 0° to 85°C.

I hope this information can be helpful.

Have a great day,

Paulina
